What happens when I outgrow my plan?+

Upgrading is instant and seamless. Move from Starter to Professional, or Professional to Enterprise, without losing any data or configuration. Your campground keeps running while the plan changes behind the scenes.

How long does setup take?+

Most campgrounds are fully operational within 30 minutes. Upload your map, draw your sites, configure pricing, and publish. Fine-tuning content and translations can happen gradually after launch.

What kind of support do you offer?+

Starter plans include email support with 24-hour response times. Professional plans get priority support with faster response. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and custom onboarding.

Are there any hidden fees or transaction costs?+

No hidden fees. The monthly price is what you pay. Stripe charges its standard processing fee for payments (typically 1.4% + 0.25 EUR for European cards). Camp2Find applies a small platform fee on transactions, which varies by plan tier.

Can I manage multiple campgrounds on one account?+

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes multi-campground management with a Super Admin dashboard. You get centralized analytics, per-location access control, and complete data isolation between campgrounds at the database level.

Do I need to install any software?+

No. Camp2Find is a cloud-based SaaS platform. You access everything through your web browser -- no downloads, no installations, no server maintenance. Works on any device with a modern browser.

What currencies do you support for pricing?+

Stripe supports 135+ currencies. The most common for European campgrounds are EUR, PLN, SEK, DKK, NOK, GBP, CHF, and CZK. You configure your campground's currency during setup.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
